Image upload specifications: 

• Format: JPG, JPEG, PNG, BMP
• Maximum filesize: 50 MB
• Minimum width: 360px 
• Minimum height: 360px ​

Video upload specifications: 

• Format: MP4, MOV
• Duration: 1-minute max per uploaded clip
• Maximum filesize: 250MB
• Maximum resolution: 1080P (4K is not supported)
• Minimum width: 360px 
• Minimum height: 360px 
• Frame Rate: 30FPS max (we don't currently support 60fps)
• Preferred MP4 Video codec: H.264
• Preferred MP4 Audio codec: AAC

If your video is in an unsupported format, we recommend converting it to the MP4 format using any of the many online conversion tools available.

Note that we do not support alpha channels, green screens/chromakey, or masks.
